Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

1. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Prices may change without prior notice. Prices charged will be those in force at the date of order.

2. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

GST is applied to products as outlined by the New Zealand Inland Revenue.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply to all orders and are shown on-line as part of the ordering process. Delivery charges may change subject to size and destination for delivery. Delivery charges are a courier service and do not include unpacking or installation.

5. Payment

Payment for products is expected at time of ordering. If payment is made by direct bank transfer, orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

6. Availability of Products

Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may offer to supply an equivalent item. If the items is discontinued and we are unable to supply an equivalent item within an acceptable time frame we will refund you the cost of the item.

7. Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect

If, upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the charged quantity, notification must be made within 7 working days. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.

8. Return of Goods

No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 7 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept the return of goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions (7). A 15% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

9. Product Descriptions

Care is taken to ensure illustrations, descriptions and specifications within the website are accurate. Specifications may change without prior notification. In the event a substitute product not being suitable we will credit in full.

10. Warranty

A manufacturers warranty applies to items, providing the item has been used in accordance with the user instructions. Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product. Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturers specifications and the limits of products intended use, Maintenance and cleaning must be maintained to ensure warranties remain valid.

11. Privacy Policy

Osteopathic Natural Health is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you is kept secured. We do not on-sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We only use this information to identify your orders, personalise your shopping experience with us. We use cookies to maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience. Whenever you use our website, or any other website, the computer on which the web pages are stored needs to know the network address of your computers that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. The unique address of your computer is called its “IP address”, and is sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order. This is part of keeping your online transaction safe and secure.

12. Payments

Osteopathic Natural Health operates on a payment at time of consultation, products or services basis.
We do not facilitate “accounts”.
We accept Cash and EFTPOS at our practice premises and we may accept direct bank transfer by arrangement at at our discretion.
We use Stripe as a payment gateway to ensure on-line transactions are handled safely and securely.

13. Cancellation and Non-Attendance

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by using the cancellation link sent out in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails or by telephoning us on (09) 411 5002 (Waimauku) or (09) 420 7867 (Helensville).
Please give us as much notice as is possible (but at least 4 working hours) as we will then be able to open the appointment slot to our wait list patients.
We are very busy and constantly have a waiting list for appointments. If we have enough notice of a cancellation we are often able to place someone else in pain into that slot. This enables us to help as many people as we can.
Please be aware that we may apply a discretionary “no show” or “late cancellation” fee if we are unable to do so.
However, we understand that many events can get in the way of life and so, if you feel that this is unfair or that there are extenuating circumstances, please feel able to contact us to discuss this, should you wish.

14. Security

This website is secured with this SSL Certificate.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform the contracts or supply any goods or materials; or for any delays or non deliveries due to strikes, fires, explosions, floods, riots, civil unrest, military unrest, lockouts, injunctions, interruptions in manufacturing or transport, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, government action, or any other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
