Description

Gel filled reusable cold pack which may be frozen or heated. Best wrapped in a small towel to increase comfort on the skin. Gel ensures that the pack is fully mouldable to the body part being treated. Much better than a bag of frozen peas!

Instructions for Freezing:

1. Place pack in the freezer for at least 1.5 hours
2. Remove from freezer and wrap pack in a small towel
3. Apply to the body area and mould to fit
4. Do not apply for more than 15 minutes at a time

Instructions for Heating in Hot Water:

1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and remove it from the heat
2. Place pack in hot water for no longer than 5 minutes
3. Remove pack from hot water – obviously don’t scaled yourself!
4. Knead gel pack to distribute heat
5. Wrap pack in a small towel
6. Apply to the body area and mould to fit
7. Do not apply for more than 15 minutes at a time

Instructions for Heating in a Microwave:

1. Microwave pack on 100% for 20 seconds
2. Knead gel pack to distribute heat
3. Microwave pack on 100% for an additional 20 seconds
4. Allow pack to stand for 20 seconds before removing from microwave
5. Wrap pack in a small towel
6. Apply to the body area and mould to fit
7. Do not apply for more than 15 minutes at a time
