However, Osteopathic Natural Health takes safety and hygiene very seriously and we are still observing comprehensive screening and cleaning protocols.
We will ask you the following questions:
1. Do you, or anyone else in your household, have an acute
respiratory infection with at least one of the following symptoms?
Fever (38 degrees or above)
New or worsening cough
Sore throat
Shortness of breath
Sneezing/runny nose
Loss of sense of smell or altered sense of taste
2. Do you, or anyone else in your household, have a current
confirmed diagnosis of Covid or are waiting for Covid test
results?
3. Do you or anyone else in your household work in an
international airport or port?
In the past 7 days prior to seeking care have you:
4. Had a positive Covid test?
5a. Been identified as a household contact?
5b. If yes to above – Have you had a positive Covid test in the past 29
days?
6. In the past 10 days have you travelled internationally?
In addition, it is IMPERATIVE that you inform us, at any time, if you feel in any way unwell or the answers to any of these questions change.
