The “Book Online” link opens a new window and just follow the instructions to book your appointment
with the practitioner, location, day and time of your choice from those available.
The system will email you a confirmation.
If you have booked a Telehealth consultation the system will email a link for you to use to connect to the consultation at your booked time.
You will need a computer with a microphone and video camera, a reasonable internet speed and somewhere quiet at home to have the consultation.
If booking for a child please enter the child’s details and date of birth.
Please use your FULL, LEGAL name and correct contact details.
If you check the “remember me” box the system will auto fill your details on that computer each time you come to book.
If you have been to see us before, for any reason, your name should be in our system.
Please note – if you are booking different people from the same computer please ensure ALL details are correct otherwise the system will update their details with the wrong information.
We charge a late cancellation or no-show fee of $50.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to make your appointment so that we may help someone else.
The online booking system is set to a minimum notice of 4 hours for cancellation.
Please DO NOT book another appointment and request a cancellation of a prior appointment in the notes section.
This is NOT a proper cancellation and you will be charged a “no show” fee for the appointment you didn’t attend.
If you wish to cancel an appointment within the 4 hour minimum please telephone reception.
You may be charged a “late cancellation” fee if we are unable to fill your cancelled appointment.
