David graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and came to New Zealand in 2001. He spent many years teaching at the New Zealand Osteopathic School, at Unitec and helped develop the Osteopathic programme there. He has been a clinical examiner and remains a Professional Preceptor for the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand. David loves all aspects of Osteopathy and treating all ages and presentations. He has a special interest in treatment of the Temporomandibular (jaw) joint. A student of historical swordsmanship and keen outdoorsman, David loves getting into nature when the family allows!

Since becoming a Mum, she began studying osteopathy in pregnancy, babies and children. She is also fascinated with how Osteopathy can influence disease processes and is continually learning about vitamin/mineral supplementation and natural medicine. Now, as a working Mum of three, she is finding that her passion for Osteopathy blends well with a career that is child friendly. Striving to be a good Osteopath helps her strive to be a good Mum.

Martin is our resident German who joined our practice in 2013. He quickly grew fond of the area and the community in so far that he moved up here with his Partner in 2015 to work solely out of our practice in Waimauku. When he is not working he enjoys mountain biking, soccer, rock climbing and brewing his own beer (lucky us!). As an Osteopath, he has a widespread skill set that enables him to treat varying conditions from acute injuries to managing chronic pain. He practices Osteopathy because it allows him to take every aspect of a patient into consideration and in this way treat the individual rather than the condition.

Tony found his passion for osteopathy after many years training in martial arts. He has added to his qualifications with western medical acupuncture and now finds application for his skills with the elderly, the weekend warrior and with children. Modern living has decreased our access to these natural movement patterns so Tony can often be found running barefoot through the wilderness of west Auckland!

From this study Olivia has developed a strong interest in the role osteopathy can play in both infant and women’s health. Olivia is passionate about the benefits osteopathy can have for all ages and therefore tailors her treatment to best suit each patient in their journey to achieving optimal health.

Dallas is our Practice Manager. She has the pleasure of keeping all of the Osteopaths in line, a task of which she is very capable having been the Managing Director of a furniture manufacturing company of 35 staff for 25 years.
She originates from the slopes of Mt. Egmont in beautiful Taranaki and moved up to Waimauku to be near Family.
She is loving the Waimauku community and meeting its wonderful residents.
